Simply Be is a specialist plus-size brand, operating under the N.Brown group, home to many other plus size brands. Although the brand is flourishing within the plus-size market, it has received a vast amount of criticism over its diversity in models. Simply Be has become at risk of losing consumer loyalty, as costumers are gradually losing confidence and trust in the brand as they are not always relatable because of their small variety of plus size models.
In response to this and utilizing the brands current high rate of mobile traffic a photo sharing app " Simply Be Me", operating under the Simply Be brand will be launched in September 2016. Favouring fashion that fits, Simply Be Me responds to the wants and needs of the Simply Be consumer creating a unique photo sharing app which allows users to access a style photo gallery of their body doubles, achieving confidence in their purchases by envisioning how garments would appear on themselves.
