Fashion Business and Promotion has allowed me to have an insight of how fashion products move throughout the entirety of a business. This has ignited a significant interest in a Digital Marketing career path through the course and then I further cemented this with work experience. The three modules that showcase and highlight my key pieces of work are Marketing and Public Relations, Events Management and Final Major Project.

Marketing and Public Relations
For the Marketing and PR module I created a cause led marketing and PR campaign surrounding the issue of drink spiking within men in collaboration with alcohol brand Jack Daniels. The campaign was called #ItIsTheJacksAndDaniels to highlight that drink spiking also occurs within a male demographic. In this module I was required to produce SOSTAC and POSTAR reports which included PESTLE analysis, consumer analysis, a press release and marketing strategy timeline. The consumer for this campaign was Generation Z males. This demographic was targeted through social media and nightclubs/bars.

Events Management
The Events module at university I was the team leader of a group of eight. We held a fashion-oriented event in the centre of Birmingham for over a hundred people in aid of St Basils charity. We invited fashion and cosmetic brands to hold stalls to sell goods and some offered make-up masterclasses. This module taught me a significant amount about being a part of a team and more specifically a team leader. Within holding the event I also learnt how to produce a risk assessment and also took part in content creation. Overall, the event was very successful and raised over £1000 for the charity.

Final Major Project
Final Major Project allowed me to collate all the skills that I had gained in my previous years of university into one final piece of work. For this module I produced a research document and business plan surrounding a concept idea of a digital wardrobe app called Minimal. This included analysis and justification of the concept idea and demonstrated a sustainably focused management system for the consumers wardrobe pieces. I produced an app prototype in Adobe XD to present my ideas effectively as well as mock-up marketing images.
