war technology is since in the servive of obscene anatomical vandalism
Throw the engagement of technology and the force in witch humanity are pushing the bounders of futurism each day. Within this project I become inspired by combining street art and technology in to one. The idea of playing with scale and lettering has always interested me. I become excited and even more fascinated by my creativity pushing the bounders of fashion. once I started playing around with lettering and print ideas I decided to create a 3D print that can portray the use of technical aspect within the collection.
I was inspired by the rural and mundane life of old labour workers, how they had very little and lived by the motto of to-good-to-waste

Ishiguro’s Novel ‘never Let Me Go.’ Was the foundation for this project, Kathy has a childhood collection of old-discarded objects that she treasures and can’t part with. During her time spent at the run-down, depressing cottages, she looks to these old-items for comfort. I explored further to translate this into my collection, visually, through the use of textiles. I was inspired by the rural and mundane life of old labour workers, how they had very little and lived by the motto of “to-good-to-waste” Heirloom quilts, Japanese Boro and Kantha quilts contextualises this philosophy, this inventively pieced and patched design is made up of scraps of old clothes and treasured-textile fragments which are layered and combined into dense quilts. I applied this design aesthetic onto contemporary silhouettes for my collection.
Mirror mirror, cant you see, what your showing, is killing me
i dont want to be alone, i want to be left alone
The concept used to influence my ideas is body dysmorphia. I have chosen this because its relates strongly to current social phenomenon surrounding the obsession with the way we look and how others see us. This is evidenced by the popularity of social media exposure and the craze for ’selfies’ which some say has lead to rising levels of eating disorders, negative body image and associated mental health issues.
No nonsense characters keeping their homes and men in check
All power to the working class and all the other oppressed people right on!
Inspired by an article about the artist and sculptor Barbara Hepworth I decided to visit the Yorkshire Sculpture Park where her work is displayed. I was inspired by northern artists which lead me to stereotypical northern attitudes, kitchen sink drama aesthetics and everyday working class Britain. A vast collection of photographers from Martin Parr, Sefton Samuels and John Bulmer have all captured gritty and raw documentary style imagery with the north as their inspiration. My research lead me to the underground music and dance subculture of northern soul as well as the working class 80's subculture of the football casuals.
Prediction 4, S/S 17 Womenswear Collection focuses on the 4 ways in which the human body may or may not evolve. By looking back at past events that produced an environment that pushed the body to break down to transform into an abnormal structure. A structure that left the idea of the human body as we understand it, in the shadows. Alongside focusing on the exsiting evidence of human transformations, the focus was drawn to the idea of present technology and conflict having an impact on both our bodies and our environment and how this could impact our future transformation
The Goal of this project is to present the personification of Pokémon in Cosplay which is inspired by the culture of animate. This collection is created with some intracacies and details which is making focus on colors presentation and techniques. As the characters: Flareon and Jolteon's powers are fire and electricity, they was adjusted on both of the make up and fabric by using muti-colors to show their characteristics. Both of their skirt and collar are the most attractive part which are made by number of tears to develop 3D layers. They became more possible like fire and electricity since I made the decision that using muti-colors of organza and net together to build their shapes.
"WAR IS PEACE, FREEDOM IS SLAVERY, IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH"
Unconscious material is only unconscious because it has been pushed out of our consciousness.
Within the ever evolving digital age culture, modern society has become dependant on the screen to provide one with almost every need and desire. This concept explores George Orwell's (1984) vision of 'dystopia' in line with today's environment, with modern exposure to screen time as a method of communication and... a way of life. Society has become so used to being watched and watching others that this is no longer noticeable, being aware yet unconscious of social cognition to fit the 'requirements'.
